The TC950 tension controller accepts a 0-50mV tension signal and provides analog, PWM, single-phase or three-phase phase-shifting outputs for high-precision constant tension, speed tracking, winding/unwinding and power-unit control.

Technical Details

The TC950 tension controller is designed for high-precision constant tension control. It accepts a 0-50mV tension input, runs PID control, and provides analog, PWM, single-phase or three-phase phase-shifting outputs for power units and drive systems.

Typical systems include winding and unwinding sections, RSP power units, SKCH SCR modules, inverters and torque-motor modules. Automatic/manual operation, synchronous tracking, zero-tension alarm and optional communication or tension transmission are supported.
