Overview
TC930 detects winding or unwinding diameter from pulses generated by an encoder or proximity switch installed on the roller. It adjusts output according to target tension and measured diameter to control web tension.
Output Options
TC930 can provide analog output such as 4-20mA, 0-20mA or 0-10V for VFDs and other power units. It can also provide SCR phase-angle trigger pulses for DC voltage regulation used with torque motors, high-power magnetic powder clutches, high-power magnetic powder brakes or DC motors.
